Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • previous hotel experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to train and lead staff effectively
  • knowledge of front desk operations
  • experience with guest service management
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • supervise front desk and night audit agents
  • manage guest reservations
  • handle guest concerns and respond to reviews and surveys
  • assist in training and guiding front desk staff
  • manage scheduling and shift coverage
  • provide a welcoming and seamless guest check-in and check-out experience
  • report to the Front Office Manager
