The role of Rooms Manager at Waldorf Astoria Washington DC is a critical leadership position within the hotel’s operations. The Rooms Manager will take charge of directing and administering all Front Office operations, ensuring flawless coordination between departments that directly impact the guest experience. This encompasses overseeing key guest-contact departments, managing department heads and their teams, and ensuring that all front office and housekeeping processes support an outstanding and seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out. This position requires a proactive leader with at least two years of management experience and prior hotel front desk experience, ideally in a luxury hotel environment. Full availability is essential for the role to support the dynamic needs of a luxury hospitality setting.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of management experience in hotel front desk operations
- Experience in luxury hospitality preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and lead diverse teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
Job Qualifications
