The Front Office Receptionist position at Prime MSO serves as a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and the integrity of medical and demographic patient records. Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, the receptionist manages the full lifecycle of patient documentation, including the meticulous organization, auditing, and filing of medical records in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role is essential in supporting interdepartmental communication, particularly between clinical facilities, surgical centers, and the Billing and Accounting departments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of document management alongside daily administrative tasks. Duties include processing and digitally filing patient records, conducting routine audits for accuracy and completeness, managing discrepancies, and ensuring secure document retention and disposal. Job Duties
