  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • ability to pass a criminal background check
  • ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge
  • good attendance
  • physical ability to assist with escorting and heavy walking between hangars
  • availability to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors by greeting clients, vendors, and employees in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phones by handling incoming calls, screening and transferring calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed
  • Assist with airport badging
  • Maintain good attendance
  • Manage mail and deliveries by receiving, sorting, distributing mail and deliveries, and preparing outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks
  • Maintain office organization by keeping the reception area and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and management as needed
  • Pick up parts ordered locally as required, which may be frequent
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Coordinator
