Job Description

ENT Specialty Partners (ESP) is a distinguished organization dedicated to providing exceptional strategic, financial, and operational support to a network of specialized ear, nose, and throat (ENT) practices. Our partner clinics deliver a comprehensive range of services including otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, audiology, allergy treatments, facial plastic surgery, pulmonology, and physical therapy. Committed to excellence, service, principles, and innovation, ESP strives to become the premier provider of ENT services nationwide. Our team is known for its dynamic and collaborative approach, prioritizing the needs of both healthcare professionals and patients alike to ensure superior care and service delivery throughout the patient journey.

At ESP, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinics. This position is integral to fostering a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that reflects the organization’s commitment to patient-centered care. As the face of the clinic, the receptionist manages essential administrative duties, including patient check-in and check-out processes, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing multiple phone lines, processing payments such as copays and deductibles, and maintaining accurate patient records and demographics. Support also extends to managing referrals, providing patients with visit information and estimated charges, answering billing questions, and assisting patients in distress to ensure a safe and organized waiting area.

This role requires a person who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a busy clinical environment. The receptionist will also be expected to uphold a clean and sanitized reception area while contributing to team success by performing additional tasks as necessary. The work occurs in an on-site clinical office setting with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, with occasional after-hours meetings. Physical capabilities include sitting for extended periods, moving throughout the office, light lifting, and frequent use of computers and phones.

ESP offers a competitive compensation package alongside a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with Safe Harbor contributions, paid time off, and more. The work culture at ESP is collaborative and values-driven, with a strong emphasis on growth and innovation, making it a rewarding place for healthcare professionals to develop their careers and contribute meaningfully to patient care. Overall, this role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting healthcare teams in providing outstanding patient services.
