Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm on-site
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, self-motivated with desire to learn

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors and intake
- Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes
- Scanning mail and saving mail to appropriate folders or systems
- Handling highly confidential information
- Collaborating with all teams to meet their mailing and distribution needs
- Special projects and additional duties may be assigned as needed
