Positioned between the iconic Pike Place Market and Union Street, the hotel offers easy access to some of the city’s best restaurants, shopping districts, entertainment venues, museums, and attractions. Boasting a modern urban design, the Hilton Motif Seattle features upscale amenities including a renowned award-winning restaurant complete with an expansive outdoor patio that provides breathtaking city views. The property also offers approximately 28,000 square feet of versatile meeting space and 319 recently redesigned rooms that blend comfort and style for both business and leisure travelers.

Joining the Hilton Motif Seattle means becoming part of a team that values a positive and engaging workplace culture. The hotel emphasizes an award-winning environment where team members are encouraged to grow professionally and personally. The Front Office Overnight Manager role is a pivotal position within this dynamic team, responsible for overseeing all overnight hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. This position is full-time and offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,200 to $83,200 annually, commensurate with experience and location.

In this role, the Front Office Overnight Manager acts as the Manager on Duty during night shifts and ensures the hotel runs smoothly by managing, supporting, and developing the front office team. This includes conducting key audits such as the night audit and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer service standards. The role requires a high level of guest interaction, where timely and effective resolution of guest inquiries and concerns is critical to maintaining Hilton’s hospitality excellence. Additionally, this manager is tasked with promoting hotel services and amenities through up-selling strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue generation.

The Hilton Motif Seattle values its team members by offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports both mental and physical well-being. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance options, mental health resources, generous paid time off accrual, and supportive parental leave. Team members also enjoy perks such as the Go Hilton travel discount program, access to educational opportunities, robust career development programs, and employee recognition initiatives. The hotel promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment where collaboration, integrity, leadership, and ownership are core values underpinning every aspect of the team’s work.

This role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of hospitality management and front desk experience, preferably with night audit and Hilton system knowledge. The position also offers additional incentives, including an upsell incentive program that rewards commission based on incremental revenue generated from room upgrades and other guest services. Other employee benefits include an employee stock purchase program, daily pay access, complimentary meals during shifts, and a commuter benefit program that provides affordable public transit access.

Working at Hilton means joining a globally recognized hospitality leader that has been setting industry standards since 1919. Hilton prioritizes exceptional guest experiences by fostering a culture where teamwork, quality, dependability, and adaptability are key. The Front Office Overnight Manager is a critical team member who ensures these standards are upheld overnight, supporting the hotel’s vision to "fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality."
