The Concierge role at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a pivotal position within the guest services team. As a Concierge, you will serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for guests, providing assistance with their inquiries, offering directions, and making detailed reservations or recommendations tailored to each guest's needs and interests. Your expertise will span hotel services, local events, venues, and transportation options, making you an indispensable resource for visitors seeking an exceptional stay. Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Minimum of two years concierge operations experience
Previous hotel experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Well organized and strong problem solving skills
Bilingual highly desirable
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to adapt to changes
Must demonstrate integrity
Maintain courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times

Minimum of two years concierge operations experience
Previous hotel experience preferred
Bilingual highly desirable

Job Duties

Ensure guest requests are handled in a timely manner
Be fully knowledgeable of hotel facilities
Be proactive
take initiative to update files and create new ones
Advise guests of points of interest in the surrounding area, quickly and efficiently able to orient guests, and provide directions and in-depth recommendations
Confirm bookings for theater, tours
Able to develop an extensive local network in order to better and faster serve the Fontainebleau guests
Be a team player: good communications with teammates is imperative
Be willing to adapt to changes in job requirement
Be comfortable in a demanding and high end environment and be able to work under pressure
Work with integrity

Be willing to continuously increase knowledge and update information
