Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of two years concierge operations experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Well organized and strong problem solving skills
- Bilingual highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to adapt to changes
- Must demonstrate integrity
- Maintain courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Minimum of two years concierge operations experience

Job Duties
- Ensure guest requests are handled in a timely manner
- Be fully knowledgeable of hotel facilities
- Be proactive
- take initiative to update files and create new ones
- Advise guests of points of interest in the surrounding area, quickly and efficiently able to orient guests, and provide directions and in-depth recommendations
- Confirm bookings for theater, tours
- Able to develop an extensive local network in order to better and faster serve the Fontainebleau guests
- Be a team player: good communications with teammates is imperative
- Be willing to adapt to changes in job requirement
- Be comfortable in a demanding and high end environment and be able to work under pressure
- Work with integrity
