Job Description

InnVentures, a company that operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REIT's and private real estate owners, is seeking a Front Office Manager to be the first impression for guests and lead the front desk staff in creating lasting impressions and guest loyalty. The company has a culture of building winning teams and a proven track record of managing major hotel brands for over 40 years.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work long hours when required
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Familiarity with FOSSE is a plus
