Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience in night management preferably within upscale or luxury hotels
  • leadership ability

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a night management role
  • proven leadership skills within an upper upscale or luxury hotel
  • advanced knowledge of front office operations

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to analyze and solve complex operational problems

Job Duties

  • Oversee the night shift front office operations
  • manage and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • conduct shift briefings and maintain clear communication with other departments
  • promote a positive and collaborative team environment
