Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of hotel front desk supervisory experience
  • proficiency with Opera PMS and Micros software
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong customer service focus
  • cash handling experience required
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • customer service oriented and committed to guest satisfaction
  • experienced with Opera PMS and Micros
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead front desk operations
