Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of hotel front desk supervisory experience
- proficiency with Opera PMS and Micros software
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer service focus
- cash handling experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- fluency in English
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
- proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- customer service oriented and committed to guest satisfaction
- experienced with Opera PMS and Micros
- prior cash handling experience

Job Duties
- lead front desk operations
