Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of management experience in front office or related field
- experience with cash handling
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and manage staff effectively
- knowledge of employment and hospitality laws
- computer experience
- no threat to health or safety of self or others
Job Qualifications
- College level reasoning, math, and language skills
- two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines
- time management and negotiation skills
- ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
- ability to manage according to employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction
- prior cash handling experience
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- computer proficiency
