As a part of Hilton, employees are supported through every phase of their career journey, with a strong emphasis on growth, development, and wellbeing.
This role invites a dedicated and passionate individual to join Hilton's vibrant team as a Front Office Manager. The position is full-time with shift hours from 2 PM to 11:30 PM, although shift variations including weekend and holiday work are required. The annual salary for this role is $65,000. As a Front Office Manager at Hilton, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, playing a key role in managing daily front office operations to ensure the highest standards of guest service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing guest registration, managing room inventory, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
Central to your role is the ability to elevate guest satisfaction by tracking feedback, addressing service issues promptly, and guiding your team to implement continuous improvements that enhance the overall guest experience. You will be instrumental in driving revenue initiatives by promoting hotel services and using effective upselling techniques to boost room occupancy and revenue growth.
Your leadership will extend to fostering a knowledgeable front office team through regular training and updates on hotel offerings, services, and local attractions, ensuring your team is well-equipped to provide insightful and personalized guest interactions. The Front Office Manager is also responsible for creating a welcoming environment by personally interacting with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns to maintain high service standards.
Moreover, you will inspire and develop your team by supervising front office staff, monitoring their performance, offering coaching, and cultivating a positive and productive work atmosphere. Hilton values qualities such as hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency, all of which are essential for success in this role.
By joining Hilton as a Front Office Manager, you become part of a company that invests deeply in its team members' wellbeing, offering a comprehensive suite of benefits that include incredible travel perks, employee stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and robust health and welfare benefits. These offerings underline Hilton’s commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment that acknowledges and nurtures the contributions of every team member.
In this role, not only will you manage operations, but you will also be an ambassador of Hilton's founding vision—to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. This opportunity offers the chance to build a meaningful career in an organization dedicated to excellence, innovation, and the growth of its employees.
