This role is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive salary range of $70,304 to $73,732.50 per year. The position oversees and manages the daily operations of the Front Office at the resort, including the Front Desk, Bell, Concierge, and Shuttle services. Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years hospitality supervisory experience required
- Management experience in the hotel industry preferred
- Experience in a mountain and/or destination resort hotel preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills required
- Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visual One
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management
- Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines
- Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees and manages the daily operation of the Front Office including Front Desk, Bell, Concierge, and Shuttle
- Responsible for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department
- Leads department teams to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Manages scheduling and staff development
- Coordinates communication between departments
- Implements and enforces company policies and procedures
- Resolves guest complaints and issues promptly
