Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
  • acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
  • greet and communicate cordially with guests
  • promptly and professionally check guests in and out
  • ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates
  • interview, hire, supervise, train and schedule front desk agents
  • resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
  • manage guest resolution including investigation and creative problem solving
  • accurately manage and operate PMS system
  • handle daily transactions efficiently
