The role we are hiring for is a Front Desk Manager position, a pivotal role within the hotel's operations team. This full-time position demands a proactive and dedicated professional who will be responsible for managing front office activities and ensuring a seamless guest check-in and check-out experience. The Front Desk Manager will serve as the face of the hotel, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism while maintaining smooth front office operations. Key responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and fostering positive guest relations at all times. The successful candidate will oversee staffing levels of front office associates by conducting interviews, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk agents to maintain adequate coverage that meets business demands.

Additionally, the Front Desk Manager will be responsible for accurately operating the Property Management System (PMS), managing daily financial transactions and other complex entries with precision.
