Job Requirements

  • At least two years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in a large hotel
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a hotel environment
  • Experience working in a large hotel preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and front office operations
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Basic budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and compliance
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate staff
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, further education in hospitality management is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage all front office operations including guest service and registration (check-in/check-out)
  • Oversee room inventory and availability management
  • Maintain guest service standards and implement service initiatives
  • Control product quality, cost, and overall profitability
  • Lead marketing initiatives related to front office
  • Manage systems use, budgeting and forecasting
  • Recruit, interview, train and develop team members
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and address issues
  • Ensure compliance with company standards
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests and issues promptly
  • Implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue
  • Conduct audit procedures as needed
  • Provide supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition and rewards for team performance
