Job Requirements
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a large hotel
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to resolve guest concerns
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a hotel environment
- Experience working in a large hotel preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front office operations
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
- Basic budgeting and forecasting skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and compliance
- Proven ability to develop and motivate staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required, further education in hospitality management is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage all front office operations including guest service and registration (check-in/check-out)
- Oversee room inventory and availability management
- Maintain guest service standards and implement service initiatives
- Control product quality, cost, and overall profitability
- Lead marketing initiatives related to front office
- Manage systems use, budgeting and forecasting
- Recruit, interview, train and develop team members
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and address issues
- Ensure compliance with company standards
- Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests and issues promptly
- Implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue
- Conduct audit procedures as needed
- Provide supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition and rewards for team performance
