It is an excellent venue for business gatherings, special events, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. As a Front Office Manager at Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown Center City, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Front Office team to provide exceptional customer service. Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in leading a front office team
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- College degree preferred
- Strong desire to impact others positively
- Proficient computer and PMS system skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience leading a front office team in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with property management systems (PMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties
- Oversee front office operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest service
- Manage the annual budget and maintain labor costs within forecast and budget
- Handle spending accounts and review monthly Profit & Loss reports
- Develop and mentor front desk agents, bell staff, and concierge personnel
- Ensure proper training materials are implemented and utilized by staff
- Implement coaching, career planning, and recognition programs
- Monitor room inventory, rate, and plan availability to maximize revenue forecasting occupancy
- Participate in Revenue Optimization Committee meetings
- Handle guest check-ins ensuring accurate billing and fulfillment of special requests
- Resolve guest issues to create memorable "WOW" experiences
- Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to coordinate daily operations
- Maintain professional interactions across all hotel departments
