Our organization is a leading hotel committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. We pride ourselves on our dedication to service excellence, maintaining a welcoming and accommodating environment that makes every guest feel valued and cared for. As a reputable player in the hospitality industry, we operate with a clear customer-first philosophy, aiming to exceed guest expectations through attentiveness, personalized service, and meticulous attention to detail. Our hotel offers a vibrant workplace where teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction are paramount. We support our employees with ongoing training and development opportunities to foster career growth and skill enhancement within the hospitality field.
The role of Front Office Manager is integral to our hotel's success and guest satisfaction. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and breakfast kitchen area, ensuring seamless coordination between guests and various hotel departments such as Sales, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Shuttle Service. Your leadership will be essential in directing, training, and evaluating the team of Guest Service Agents, Front Desk Supervisors (if applicable), and Kitchen staff. This management position requires an individual who is not only adept at solving guest concerns promptly and professionally but also skilled in staff development and operational oversight. You will be tasked with maintaining superior guest service standards, monitoring performance metrics such as Brand Guest Satisfaction Surveys and online reviews, as well as managing payroll, scheduling, and daily reporting activities for your department.
In addition, you will serve as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, ensuring all hotel policies and standards are strictly adhered to and that the overall front office and breakfast kitchen operations flow smoothly. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating special guest requests and managing hotel property systems, cash handling, and inventory. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a guest-focused mindset. The position demands flexibility, as availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is required to maintain the highest level of service throughout the hotel's busiest times. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package to eligible associates, including medical and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid vacation and sick time, and exclusive brand-specific team discounts. Join our team and contribute to a dynamic workplace where your leadership will directly impact guest experiences and employee engagement.
