The Front Office Manager role at Memphis RiverLine Hotel is an integral part of the hotel's guest services team. This full-time position entails leading the front desk operations to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with Opera PMS and Micros software
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • prior experience handling cash
  • fluent in English
