Job Requirements

- previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk roles preferred

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- facilitate the guest registration and check-in/check-out process
- provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions
- process guest payments and manage billing transactions
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- maintain a professional and polished appearance
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
