Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk roles preferred

  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • must possess a professional presentation

  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • must have open availability including overnights

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • facilitate the guest registration and check-in/check-out process
  • provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions
  • process guest payments and manage billing transactions
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain a professional and polished appearance
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
