Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years luxury hotel front office or guest relations experience
- proficiency with PMS and POS systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- availability for part-time schedule
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in front office, concierge, or guest relations within a Forbes-rated or luxury hotel environment
- passion for delivering intuitive, personalized service aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standards and Park Hyatt brand values
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ability to lead briefings and coach colleagues
- strong operational organization skills to manage multiple priorities
- resourceful and calm under pressure with solution-focused problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with PMS systems such as Opera, Reserve, and Colleague Advantage, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
- confidence in upselling room upgrades and personalized enhancements
- impeccable demeanor and presentation aligned with five-star service standards
- ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining refined service levels
- schedule flexibility to work all overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcoming late-evening arrivals with grace
- supporting guests throughout the night with attentive service
- managing overnight shift transitions and room assignments
- coordinating with overnight teams to ensure seamless operations
- responding to guest needs promptly and professionally
- upselling room enhancements and premium experiences
- maintaining a poised and guest-ready presence during long shifts
