Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer literacy including familiarity with reservation systems
- ability to work in a team environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Qualifications

- strong customer service skills
- refined verbal and written communication skills
