Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic computer literacy including familiarity with reservation systems
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service skills
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
  • proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus
  • ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage guest registration and check-in/check-out processes
  • communicate hotel services and promotions clearly to guests
  • process various forms of payment accurately
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • assist with resolving guest complaints or issues efficiently
