We are currently seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused individuals to join our Front Office team as Front Office Hosts. This role is a key component of the guest experience at the resort, responsible for managing the guest registration process seamlessly and effectively. Front Office Hosts serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, initiating positive connections through casual conversations and attentive service. This highly visible position demands excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be the primary point of contact for guests as they arrive, check in, or inquire about hotel amenities and services. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
