We are currently seeking a warm, energetic, and service-driven Front Desk Host to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire stay by creating a welcoming, personalized, and memorable experience. The Front Desk Host is essential in delivering the hallmark hospitality that Andaz San Diego is known for. Responsibilities include greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm, managing check-in and check-out processes seamlessly, handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, and ensuring smooth coordination with various hotel departments such as housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage teams. This position requires someone who can multitask efficiently in a high-energy environment while maintaining a polished and inviting lobby atmosphere that upholds the hotel's brand standards.

The Front Desk Host also plays an important role in localizing the guest experience by offering personalized recommendations about dining, nightlife, events, and hidden gems in the Gaslamp Quarter. Safety, security, and confidentiality standards are strictly maintained at all times, ensuring guests feel secure and comfortable during their stay. This role is hourly with a competitive pay rate of $23.81 per hour, reflecting the value Andaz San Diego places on exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
