Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00am and 11:30pm any day including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Professional appearance
  • Commitment to excellent guest service
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Professional presentation
  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to support Hyatt's purpose by displaying authentic human care

Job Duties

  • Check guests in and out
  • Communicate hotel services effectively
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay
  • Ensure a positive first and last impression of the hotel
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance
  • Maintain professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
