We are currently seeking a Front Office Host to join our esteemed team. This role is vital in shaping the guest experience as it involves managing the guest registration process and effectively communicating hotel services and promotions. The Front Office Host serves as a friendly and approachable representative of the hotel, engaging guests in casual conversation while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. This position requires an individual who thrives in a highly visible role and understands the importance of creating a warm and welcoming environment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $28.50 and requires candidates to have full flexible availability, including mornings, mid-day, and evening shifts—though overnight shifts are not required. This role is ideal for those with prior customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale luxury setting, who can adapt quickly to the fast-paced hotel environment. The ability to handle guest inquiries, process payments, and assist with various administrative tasks is essential. The role demands standing for extended periods and the stamina to maintain energy and professionalism throughout shifts.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Prior hotel experience in an upscale or luxury setting preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Full flexible availability including mornings, mid-day, and evenings
  • Ability to process payments accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
