Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- full flexible availability including mornings, mid-day, evenings, holidays and weekends
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- prior customer service experience preferred
- prior hotel experience in an upscale or luxury setting preferred
