Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • full flexible availability including mornings, mid-day, evenings, holidays and weekends
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • prior hotel experience in an upscale or luxury setting preferred

Job Duties

  • manage guest registration process
  • communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
  • engage in casual conversations to enhance guest experience
  • process various forms of payment
  • respond to guest inquiries promptly
  • maintain a welcoming and friendly demeanor
  • assist with check-in and check-out procedures
