Pacific Hospitality Group is committed to enriching lives by crafting memorable experiences, actively supporting the community, and honoring their faith in all endeavors. The company operates with a clear vision centered on integrity, compliance, and principled entrepreneurship, ensuring all actions contribute to long-term value creation within the hospitality industry.

Pacific Hospitality Group operates primarily in the hotel sector, delivering unique and high-quality lodging experiences that prioritize customer satisfaction. Their commitment to ethical business practices and respect for guests and associates alike distinguishes them in a competitive market. By fostering an environment grounded in humility, knowledge, change, and fulfillment, the group creates a workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered.

The Front Desk Guest Services Agent at Pacific Hospitality Group plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. This full-time position is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality who strive to create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Agents are entrusted with ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while addressing any guest needs promptly and professionally. Whether managing reservations, assisting with shuttle services, or providing local information, the Front Desk Guest Services Agent embodies the company’s “guest first” philosophy.

This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work semi-independently, and a readiness to engage with guests and team members in a friendly, courteous manner. The agent contributes broadly, including operational tasks like balancing shift reports alongside the Night Audit team, handling billing and payments, and assisting during breakfast shifts when scheduled. Pacific Hospitality Group seeks individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating enriching experiences for every guest.

Working with Pacific Hospitality Group means joining a team that values respect, compliance, and continuous learning. The company provides equal employment opportunities and upholds policies that prohibit discrimination or harassment on any legally protected basis.
