Job Duties
- Conduct waitlist outreach to confirm client family commitment
- Coordinate and communicate with support teams using designated systems
- Request and procure vendor services as needed
- Manage business phone lines and greet visitors warmly
- Administer new hire and client paperwork and offboarding process
- Receive, distribute, and stock mail and office supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Create program materials to support clinical programming needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
