Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conduct waitlist outreach to confirm client family commitment
  • Coordinate and communicate with support teams using designated systems
  • Request and procure vendor services as needed
  • Manage business phone lines and greet visitors warmly
  • Administer new hire and client paperwork and offboarding process
  • Receive, distribute, and stock mail and office supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
  • Create program materials to support clinical programming needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
