Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associates degree in healthcare related field preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- proficient with computer software, browsers, and multiple operating systems
- ability to manage time effectively and be detail oriented
- resourceful and able to anticipate clinic needs
- periodic travel to Carmel, Greenwood, or Mooresville clinic locations may be required for coverage

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and caring manner
- provide directions, answers questions, and meet a variety of customer service needs
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills and consistently represent the organization in a positive and highly professional manner
- register patients, check in/check out, accurately collect co-pays, obtain patient referral information, send/receive fax information as needed
- data entry into the practice management software program(s)
- maintain excellent working relationship with all physicians, rehab providers, management, staff of internal and external departments
- prepare batches and reconcile patient payments
