Job Description
RAYUS Radiology is a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to transforming the field of radiology by emphasizing its critical role in diagnosis and effective treatment. By leveraging innovative technology and patient-centered approaches, RAYUS Radiology challenges the traditional perceptions of radiology. The company is committed to creating a welcoming and efficient environment where patients receive exceptional care, and healthcare providers experience seamless collaboration. With a strong reputation for excellence and a mission to enhance patient outcomes, RAYUS Radiology is an ideal workplace for motivated professionals seeking growth and impact in medical imaging services.
Currently, RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Associate to join their dynamic team. This position operates from Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, offering a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience. One unique benefit included in this role is the availability of DailyPay, enabling employees to receive their earned wages on the same day, which supports financial flexibility and well-being.
As a Front Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in the frontline experience for patients and referring professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing phone communications, scheduling appointments with precision, and warmly greeting and registering patients to ensure their visit begins smoothly. This role demands a cheerful, professional, and sincere demeanor, as it directly influences patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be the vital link between patients, imaging technologists, and the administrative processes that underpin a successful imaging center.
Your daily duties will span several critical functions: facilitating patient registration by confirming appointments, processing payments, and maintaining an organized and inviting front office space. You will also handle various administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing patient information, confirming appointments, and assisting with office maintenance. Additionally, you will arrange logistics like transportation and interpreter services, ensure accurate exam order entries, and maintain meticulous records of referring physicians.
Insurance verification is another essential component of your role. You will review patient coverage, secure pre-certifications and authorizations, and manage insurance-related documentation following company and carrier policies. Ensuring compliance and patient readiness will prevent delays and contribute to a streamlined imaging process.
This position requires multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication capabilities to serve patients and medical professionals effectively. If you are organized, personable, and eager to contribute to healthcare excellence, the Front Office Associate position at RAYUS Radiology offers an engaging and rewarding career path.
