This role, Assistant Front Office Manager, invites candidates who are highly motivated and detail-oriented to join the hotel on a full-time basis. The position is pivotal within the hotel's front office operations, with a salary range of USD 45,000 to USD 50,000 per year. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Front Office Manager is to support the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring superior customer service is consistently maintained. This includes managing staff, enforcing policies and procedures, and delivering robust leadership during the evening shifts when the Assistant Manager functions as the Manager on Duty. The role demands strong interpersonal communications skills, the ability to efficiently handle cash transactions, and computer proficiency to manage operational systems effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
