The Front Office Assistant Manager role at Accor's Boston location is a vital position responsible for maintaining superior service standards and smooth operations at the front desk. This role involves supervising the front office staff, addressing guest concerns with efficiency and empathy, and ensuring that all daily front office procedures are executed flawlessly. As part of the management team, the Assistant Front Office Manager acts as a key representative on the floor, supporting the front desk team during their shifts and leading operational projects and initiatives as required.

Specific responsibilities encompass training and coaching front office personnel, managing payroll adjustments, hiring suitable candidates, monitoring performance, and enforcing compliance with company grooming and operational standards. The Assistant Manager also handles financial duties such as managing the bank and authorizing over-limit adjustments, in addition to coordinating with housekeeping to ensure timely availability of guest rooms. They also oversee bell and door staff to maintain seamless guest arrivals and departures.

Job Duties
