Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 2-3 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of financial procedures and reconciliation

Job Duties

- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to callers
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing details with precision and confidentiality
- Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and addressing special requests or needs
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure hotel standards are consistently met or exceeded
