Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2-3 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and reservation software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic understanding of financial procedures and reconciliation

  • Proficiency in front desk operation systems and reservation software

Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests
  • Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences
  • Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to callers
  • Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing details with precision and confidentiality
  • Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and addressing special requests or needs
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure hotel standards are consistently met or exceeded
