Job Description
This position involves assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office operations at a hotel establishment, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. The focus is on ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, enhancing guest and employee satisfaction, and optimizing departmental financial performance.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of property management software experience (Opera preferred)
- experience in hotel front office operations and guest services
- fluency in oral and written English
- strong understanding of hotel front office procedures and guest service policies
- ability to handle customer service problems tactfully and effectively
