Job Duties
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- managing reservations room assignments and guest inquiries via phone email and in person
- handling payments verifying IDs and maintaining accurate records in the property management system
- resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency escalating issues when needed
- coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- promoting hotel amenities local attractions and upselling services when appropriate
- maintaining a clean organized and secure front desk environment
