Job Duties

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • managing reservations room assignments and guest inquiries via phone email and in person
  • handling payments verifying IDs and maintaining accurate records in the property management system
  • resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency escalating issues when needed
  • coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • promoting hotel amenities local attractions and upselling services when appropriate
  • maintaining a clean organized and secure front desk environment
