Their state-of-the-art facilities, combined with expert radiologists and technologists, make WIS a recognized name for early detection and accurate diagnostics in women's health. With a strong organizational culture rooted in respect, professionalism, and a passion for helping patients, WIS prioritizes both patient experience and employee well-being. The company maintains a drug-free workplace and upholds strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
The Front Office Administrator role at the Sandy Springs center offers a unique opportunity to be the warm and calming first face to patients entering the facility. This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, ensuring no weekend, holiday, or night shifts—providing a balanced work-life experience for employees. The position pays $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and emphasizes a supportive team environment where collaboration with techs, radiologists, and other staff is essential to deliver seamless patient care. The administrator will be responsible for multiple front desk administrative functions including greeting and checking in patients with compassion and professionalism, managing insurance verifications, overseeing patient intake forms, scheduling appointments, and handling communications such as reminder calls. They will play a crucial role in reducing patient anxiety and facilitating early detection through smooth front office operations.
Employee benefits commence after 60 days and include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and eligibility for 401(k) retirement plans after six months. The organization highly values qualities such as a positive attitude, outgoing compassion, and a genuine love for people, making this role ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced healthcare settings and seek a meaningful position that impacts women's health every day. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn the Infinitt EMR and scheduling system are important for success in this role. Prior experience in medical office administration, particularly within radiology or women’s health, is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Overall, this position offers a rewarding career with a respected healthcare provider dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives through excellence in imaging and patient service.
