The FOH Team Member is a vital link between the restaurant and its guests, responsible for ensuring a welcoming and smooth-paced dining experience. Being a part of the FOH team means engaging actively with guests, supporting fellow team members, and working collaboratively with management and kitchen staff to meet and exceed service expectations. Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
  • team lifting required for lifting over 35 pounds
  • able to stand for long periods up to eight hours occasionally
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
  • able to see 20/20 with correction
  • have or obtain California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification before commencing work and maintain certification throughout employment
  • clean non-slip shoes
  • socks must be worn
  • clean black non-denim pants
  • clean company-supplied shirt, nametag, and apron
  • daily bathing and use of deodorant

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast casual restaurant preferred but not required
  • passionate, fun, positive and results-oriented
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • exceptional communication skills with ability to read and speak English
