Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Experience in a fast casual restaurant preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds with team lifting for heavier loads
- Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours on occasion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- Ability to see 20/20 with correction
- Have or obtain California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications before commencing work and maintain them during employment

Job Duties
- Leads through service
- Supports and empowers the entire Restaurant team
- Maintains and ensures team and guest focus during shifts
- Collaborates with Managers, Heart of the House and Front of the House Team Members
- Ensures Points of Service and service standards are maintained
- Engages with guests to exceed expectations
- Participates in preorder taking, POSI order entry, and equipment and food packing
- Adheres to Health Department and sanitation standards
- Attends scheduled team meetings and brings improvement suggestions
- Performs other duties as assigned
