Job Requirements

  • excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
  • basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
  • familiarity with basic coffee and beverage preparation
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage but not required
  • familiarity with food and beverage operations in a café or bakery setting

Job Duties

  • provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest
  • address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude
  • accurately take and process customer orders
  • handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting of sales
  • prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • assist with food presentation and packaging, ensuring it meets quality standards
  • keep the front-of-house area, including the counter, tables, and floor, clean and organized
  • ensure that all equipment is maintained and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations
  • monitor stock levels of consumables and report shortages
  • assist with restocking and inventory organization as needed
  • offer suggestions and recommend signature menu items or seasonal promotions to enhance the customer experience
  • maintain knowledge of all products to confidently answer customer questions
  • follow the café’s protocols and standards to maintain the brand’s quality and image
  • contribute to an atmosphere that aligns with the bakery's welcoming and high-quality brand
