Job Duties
- provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest
- address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude
- accurately take and process customer orders
- handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting of sales
- prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- assist with food presentation and packaging, ensuring it meets quality standards
- keep the front-of-house area, including the counter, tables, and floor, clean and organized
- ensure that all equipment is maintained and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations
- monitor stock levels of consumables and report shortages
- assist with restocking and inventory organization as needed
- offer suggestions and recommend signature menu items or seasonal promotions to enhance the customer experience
- maintain knowledge of all products to confidently answer customer questions
- follow the café’s protocols and standards to maintain the brand’s quality and image
- contribute to an atmosphere that aligns with the bakery's welcoming and high-quality brand
