Job Duties
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest
- Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Accurately take and process customer orders
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting of sales
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist with food presentation and packaging, ensuring it meets quality standards
- Keep the front-of-house area, including the counter, tables, and floor, clean and organized
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels of consumables (cups, napkins, etc.) and report shortages
- Assist with restocking and inventory organization as needed
- Offer suggestions and recommend signature menu items or seasonal promotions to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of all products to confidently answer customer questions
- Follow the café’s protocols and standards to maintain the brand’s quality and image
- Contribute to an atmosphere that aligns with the bakery's welcoming and high-quality brand
