Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • stable job history
  • solid business acumen including P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
  • high school or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining preferred
  • Familiarity with scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Proven ability to manage business operations including scheduling and P&L
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to restaurant staff to ensure operational excellence
  • Uphold standards of hospitality to deliver memorable guest experiences called Big Sky Moments
  • Manage business operations including scheduling, inventory control, and profit and loss oversight
  • Coach and develop team members through performance feedback and career development opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to the restaurant's sustainability commitments in daily operations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support the chef-driven kitchen and maintain quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
