Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management
- polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
- experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
- stable job history
- solid business acumen including P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
- high school or equivalent

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to restaurant staff to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold standards of hospitality to deliver memorable guest experiences called Big Sky Moments
- Manage business operations including scheduling, inventory control, and profit and loss oversight
- Coach and develop team members through performance feedback and career development opportunities
- Ensure adherence to the restaurant's sustainability commitments in daily operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support the chef-driven kitchen and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
