Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management
  • Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Stable job history
  • Solid business acumen including profit and loss management, scheduling, and inventory control
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure sales and profitability goals are met

  • Oversee scheduling, ordering, and inventory management to maintain business efficiency
