Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management
  • Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Stable job history
  • Solid business acumen including P&L, scheduling, ordering and inventory control
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Manage profit and loss, scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
  • Foster a positive culture of food, hospitality, and teamwork
  • Support and encourage sustainability initiatives within restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop the Management Team for continuous success
