Local Lime is currently inviting applications for various roles including Hospitality Lead, Hospitality Assistant, Server, and Bartender. Each of these positions plays an essential part in maintaining the restaurant’s high standard of guest service. The Hospitality Lead role is a pivotal position designed to set a new level of guest interactions, enhancing the overall experience from the moment customers arrive. This role surpasses traditional hosting duties, functioning similarly to a maître d', ensuring that every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness. Candidates must be at least 19 years old due to the legal age requirements related to the sale of alcohol.

The Hospitality Assistant supports the hospitality team by aid in service execution such as assisting with table turns, keeping the environment clean and welcoming, and updating table statuses accurately. Unlike the Lead position, there is no minimum age requirement for this role. The server role involves direct engagement with guests—taking and delivering orders, providing menu knowledge including allergens, upselling food and drink items, and processing transactions. Servers at Local Lime are expected to create positive guest experiences by anticipating and responding to guest needs with friendliness and efficiency. Like the Hospitality Lead, servers must be at least 19 years old.

Bartenders at Local Lime are responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, verifying customer IDs, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Extensive knowledge of common and specialty drinks is required to recommend and prepare cocktails, pour beers, and decant wines accordingly. Due to legal regulations regarding alcohol service, candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Employment types include both full-time and part-time opportunities, with pay ranging from $2.63 to $20.00 per hour depending on position and experience. Local Lime values flexible availability, requiring staff to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands. The restaurant fosters an energetic work environment with moderate to loud noise levels and exposure to heat, cold, and mechanical equipment. Candidates should be prepared for frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
