Job Duties
- Greet every guest with energy, confidence, and a genuine smile
- Being present and available for guests needs
- Know the menu and share recommendations with enthusiasm
- Take and deliver orders accurately, quickly, and with care
- Handle guest questions, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guest
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members to keep service smooth
- Process payments accurately and responsibly
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts
- Help create a fun, welcoming, high-energy atmosphere every shift
