Job Duties
- Always adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Be a team player by supporting and assisting fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, expedite orders, and assist with dining room service
- Properly operate the POS system for all types of guest orders
- Accurately charge guests and collect payment for orders, including cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Answer the phone professionally, assist guests with questions or information, and take phone orders
- Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Restock the drink station and expo area, maintain restroom cleanliness, empty trash cans, and help keep dining room and other guest areas clean
- Maintain proper product temperatures according to standards
- Maintain portion control for products per standards
- Clean assigned equipment thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Keep floors in work and service areas clean and free of debris
- Complete daily tasks thoroughly and on time in accordance with standards
