Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous quick-service or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, and reach as needed
- Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous quick-service or food service experience preferred

- NYC Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Job Duties

- Accurately operate the POS system and process transactions
- Follow proper cash handling and security procedures
- Maintain an organized and clean register area

- Verify order accuracy prior to guest handoff
- Accurately assemble and package guest orders
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain speed of service while protecting food quality standards
- Keep stations stocked, organized, and clean
- Prepare coffee and specialty beverages according to recipe standards
- Ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
- Execute with urgency during peak business periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service counters, and restrooms
- Complete opening and closing checklists as assigned
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
