Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work various shifts including mornings evenings and nights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Familiarity with food handling safety guidelines is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently including cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including sanitizing surfaces and equipment
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Support the team by bussing tables restocking supplies and ensuring a smooth flow of operations
- Promote food service offerings and upsell products to maximize sales
