Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
  • knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
  • strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • flexibility to work full-time or part-time schedules
  • availability to work 25 to 40 hours per week
  • basic math skills for handling payments and POS operations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
  • knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
  • strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial for understanding menu items
  • guest services skills that enhance the overall dining experience
  • a passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor
  • take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
  • operate POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) for order processing and payments
  • maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
  • buss tables and assist with resetting for new guests
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
  • provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • assist in banquet service as needed, ensuring all events run smoothly
